Mission

I strive to adhere to the following coaching methodology:

The "Circle of Courage" is a coaching and educational model developed by Dr. Martin Brokenleg, along with his colleagues Larry Brendtro and Steve Van Bockern. Rooted in Indigenous child-rearing philosophies, particularly those of Native American cultures, the Circle of Courage emphasizes four core values essential to healthy development:

Belonging, Mastery, Independence, and Generosity.

Belonging: This value focuses on the importance of relationships and a sense of community, emphasizing that feeling connected to others is crucial for emotional and psychological well-being in business and in our personal lives.

Mastery: Encourages individuals to achieve competence in various areas of life, promoting self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment.

Independence: Highlights the need for personal autonomy and the ability to make one's own decisions, fostering a sense of responsibility and self-determination.

Generosity: Reflects the importance of contributing to the well-being of others, which in turn reinforces one's own sense of purpose and self-worth.

This holistic approach is used in education, counseling, and leadership development to create environments that support the overall growth and resilience of individuals.
