We will seek agreement with your executive-level staff for Marketing cross-functional alignment and collaboration necessary to orchestrate your  Go-To-Market effort, execute your Annual and Quarterly Planning as well as day-to-day cross-functional operations to keep focus on execution, ensure Marketing runs smoothly, reaches its goals and can demonstrate performance.

As a senior Marketing Operations leader, I will infuse cross-functional alignment and optimize operational best practices. This spans over your MarTech Stack, Campaign Structure, Workflows, Data Management, Marketing Enablement, Reporting and Insights development to ensure reaching your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and deliver scalable business growth.

To ensure your Marketing team can execute effectively and efficiently, I will provide expertise in building a shared services group, designing logical workflows that install natural alignment and collaboration, creating clear process steps and project management resources to ensure execution remains scalable upward and downward. 

As a fractional CMO, I will benchmark your portfolio companies State of Marketing Maturity and ensure your portfolio companies have a clear roadmap and the marketing capabilities required to achieve your growth and return expectations. A Fractional CMO can ensure you hit your targets.
